Yard Wizards ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a form or contact us we collect only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, your town, and the details of the work you need. We do not collect payment information through this website.
To respond to your request, quote the work, schedule and carry it out, and follow up afterwards. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
By checking the consent box on our form and giving us your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by text message about your estimate, your appointment, the work in progress, and to ask for feedback after a completed job.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information — including your mobile phone number or your SMS consent — with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your information stays with us and with the service providers who help us operate, such as our website host and our messaging provider, who may only use it to provide that service to us.
For as long as we are doing business together, and a reasonable period afterwards for warranty, tax and record-keeping. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
